“Love tight clinic, Enuka completely transformed my facial structure with masséter Botox and Nefertiti lift. After doing it consistently for 2 years the difference is insane such a slimmer lower half of my face. “Would not recommend, customer service is lacking. I was really excited to come as I had seen it on Instagram and my friend has referred me, and would have been a long term client for Botox/ any other treatment but customer service is horrible, they are stingy and will cancel your appointment with no proper explanation. I had done a 0.5 syringe lip filler (first time doing any sort of Botox so I wanted to do a small amount) and had a follow up scheduled 2 weeks after. The follow up appointment was cancelled 1-day before the scheduled appointment with no proper apology or reasoning as to why it suddenly got cancelled, which was extremely inconvenient as I had already requested to leave work early for this appointment. I had also booked another 0.5 syringe lip plump at my follow up as I was told it was $300 (full syringe is $650). When someone had reached out to me a DAY before my appointment suddenly the cost is $350 and I was going to be charged as a "new client" for another mini lip plump - which makes no sense because a full syringe is $650, and it should have been $300 as I was adding onto my existing mini lip plump. Not to mention, I was adding a 0.5 lip plump to my already scheduled follow up appointment which was ALREADY scheduled. So stingy and horrible customer service over $50. Especially considering they had cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment with no proper apology or explanation. Not like $50 matters but due to the horrible customer service and lack of communication, I would not return. This clinic is also much more overpriced than other Botox clinics in downtown Toronto and Yorkville. They seem to be more interested in maximizing profit rather providing proper customer care and service. They lost a longterm client over $50 and miscommunication on there side, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone nor book back here again.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been going to Tight Clinic the last couple years. Even now that I’ve moved west of the city, I’ll continue to make the trek in for their services. I’ve been seeing Adrianne for Korean glass/BR facials, laser hair removal and now Tixel. She is phenomenal. Her attention to detail and skin support is unmatched and follow ups post treatment make you feel like a million bucks.
