“I left a glowing review of Thrive 360 Fitness last year after Jennifer and the staff helped me through a difficult physical issue and I don't know how to leave a new review on this forum so I'm just tweaking this review from last year. As a retired registered nurse with 45 years of healthcare experience, I feel I have developed a fairly discerning perspective when it comes to clinical professionalism, patient care, and therapeutic effectiveness. Recently, I visited Thrive 360 Fitness seeking urgent relief for severe pain related to what appeared to be a pinched nerve involving my right SI joint, accompanied by sciatica radiating down my right leg into my calf and foot, resulting in weakness affecting the front portion of my right foot. I live remotely, approximately an hour and a half from the nearest healthcare services, and had already been struggling with these symptoms for nearly three weeks. I was incredibly appreciative that the staff at Thrive 360 Fitness rearranged their schedule to accommodate me on such short notice. Their willingness to prioritize my care within a day spoke volumes about their professionalism and commitment to their clients. Jennifer once again provided my treatment, and the results were remarkable. I experienced noticeable relief by the following day, and with each passing day since treatment, my symptoms have continued to improve significantly. Jennifer is an exceptionally skilled and intuitive RMT and yoga instructor. Over the course of my career and personal healthcare experiences, I have encountered many excellent massage therapists, but Jennifer stands out for her combination of technical ability, gentleness, attentiveness, and professionalism. She identified areas of significant muscular tension throughout my back, shoulders, and hips, yet approached treatment in a careful and measured manner that minimized discomfort while remaining highly effective. What particularly impressed me was her thoroughness and consistent attention to patient comfort and dignity throughout the session. She ensured I was properly covered at all times, frequently checked in regarding discomfort levels, and maintained a calm, reassuring, and highly professional approach from beginning to end. The experience was both therapeutic and comfortable, and I left feeling genuinely optimistic for the first time in weeks. I also appreciated that Thrive 360 offers accessible pricing and accommodates a wide range of insurance providers, making quality care more attainable for many individuals. I highly recommend Jennifer and the entire team at Thrive 360 Fitness. The facility offers a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, including massage therapy, fitness facilities, and walking amenities, all delivered within a welcoming and professional environment. My only regret is living so far away, as I would gladly attend far more regularly if distance allowed. My sincere thanks to Jennifer and the outstanding staff at Thrive 360 Fitness for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent care.”
