“I had to cancel an appointment for a Wednesday evening. They require 48 hour notice for cancelations. Monday was a holiday so I called first thing Tuesday morning giving more then 24 hours They charged me 200 dollars for the session I couldn't make. Said it's policy so they have time to fill the slot. But with Monday being a holiday no one would have been in the office to try and fill Spots. I expressed this and the stress it put me under and they didn't care and charged me 200 dollars. I refused to pay and they sent the bill to collection. Agency instead of be a responsible center for people and mental help that cared about patients and just wave the fee. I haven't seen a therapist since cause it's put a bad taste in my mouth.
