“I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. There’s a handsome young man named Tyla who works at the gym, and he genuinely makes the place a better environment. From the moment you walk through the doors, he’s always welcoming, friendly, and willing to help anyone who needs it. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or forced, Tyla stands out because his kindness seems completely genuine. Not only is he hardworking and professional, but he’s also incredibly approachable. Whether you’re a regular gym-goer or someone walking in for the very first time, he takes the time to make everyone feel comfortable and included. He always seems to have a positive attitude, and his energy is contagious. One thing that really stands out is how respectful and patient he is. No matter how busy the gym gets, he never seems annoyed or stressed. Instead, he continues to help people with a smile and makes sure everyone feels valued. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about creating a welcoming atmosphere. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that he’s incredibly handsome as well. But what really makes him memorable isn’t his looks—it’s his personality. Being kind, thoughtful, and respectful goes a long way, and Tyla has all of those qualities. He’s the type of person who can brighten someone’s day with a simple conversation. The gym is lucky to have someone like him on the team. Employees who are hardworking, friendly, and genuinely caring are hard to find, and Tyla represents exactly what great customer service should look like. Every interaction with him leaves people feeling welcome and appreciated. If you’re lucky enough to meet Tyla during your visit, you’ll quickly understand why so many people speak highly of him. He’s professional, positive, helpful, and an all-around great guy. Keep up the amazing work, Tyla—you make the gym experience better for everyone around you! 💪⭐”Read moreShow less

“The equipment builds strength, but the people build the culture. Tyla brings a positive energy that makes every visit a little easier and every workout a little better.”

“I’ve had a great experience at this gym, and a big part of that is Tyla. He’s always welcoming, friendly, and willing to help whenever anyone has questions. He creates a positive atmosphere that makes the gym feel comfortable for everyone, whether you’re a regular or visiting for the first time. His professionalism and positive attitude definitely stand out. Highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“The equipment is brilliant but not as good as the staff! Had a wonderful interaction with a young lad named Tyla who clearly cares for his workspace and goes up and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable workout”

“The front team was really unfriendly but then are really friendly to the middle aged men (lol). It was a cliquey atmosphere. Gym equipment is standard but there are obviously some serious accessibility issues given that it is a two floor gym and no elevator. It’s filthy. Totally disgusting. One afternoon I was there while the front desk girl decided upon herself to clean all the dust bunnies from under the cardio equipment (there were PILES of dust bunnies). I don’t know why they couldn’t do this deep cleaning while the gym is closed- or better yet, clean everyday instead of once a year- lol it was soooo awkward. You can take a look back at the comments section of the gym’s reviews. I see the owner left some pretty snarky comments about anything critical- rather than taking on the feedback to improve the facility. Go to Meadow Park, or create an at home gym.”Read moreShow less

“I visited this gym for a drop-in. The views are excellent and the equipment quality is strong. That said, I wouldn’t rate it higher given the price point, as several basic amenities you’d expect from a premium facility are missing: - Showers only provide very basic body wash (comparable to dollar store quality), with no shampoo or conditioner - No hair dryers available - No shower mats, which left the bathroom floor wet when exiting the shower -No mini bands available for warm-ups or activation work - Front desk experience was minimal. I wasn’t shown around or given basic information like WiFi access The music selection is subjective, but may not suit everyone. Headphones are helpful. Overall, it has great views and solid equipment, but the lack of small, thoughtful details makes it harder to justify the premium pricing.”Read moreShow less

“I did not like this gym. I was living in Whistler with my partner for the month. The membership for the period was $125 and I don’t feel it was worth the money. The customer service was atrocious. We were only greeted at the front desk once or twice for the whole month of training 3 times a week, and the employees almost never cracked a smile. Neither myself nor my partner felt welcomed into the space at all. There was often a wait time to use the equipment. The space simply isn’t big enough for the number of people using the facility. (Not reflected by the photos due to being taken right before closing time). There was also an implicitly sexist sign on the wall which seem to be degrading those who don’t put their weights back by implying that they are weaker than women. It seems that the aesthetic of the facility took priority over functionality. It also lacks mini-bands. I instead had to tie up resistance bands as a work-around. A pack of mini-bands is only a $13 investment… it seems to me that the business is more interested in making money than creating a welcoming and supportive environment for its clientele to thrive. I was able to complete my training program so the gym served its purpose, but it could have been a much better customer experience and it is easily the worst gym I have ever visited.”Read moreShow less

“One of the nicest gyms I’ve been too. I did a drop in for $18 while on vacation. Staff are extremely friendly and I immediately felt valued as my first time at this gym. Great selection of equipment and spaces to stretch. Sauna and lockers included in price. Never seen a gym this clean, no dirt, all equipment is in perfect condition and not damaged. All weights and accessories are stacked neatly. Friendly patrons and great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back anytime I need to have a good workout. Nothing negative at all to say and it this gym. 5/5”Read moreShow less
