“Pamela really cares about her patients. We have currated a list of exercises and stretches for me to practice at home. If an exercise does not feel good to me, she is receptive to feedback and swaps it out for a different exercise. I have a small spinal fusion caused by an injury from over 10 years ago, and it developed into chronic pain. Pamela has given me hope that it will get better. Through consistent exercising outside of the appointments, I have been feeling some improvements. She is also able to relate to my spine troubles with her own personal experience, and her sharing of knowledge has been helpful for me to understand my body's limitations and the ways I will have to compensate.”Read moreShow less

“I started regularly coming to this clinic because of Ross, and it was immediately clear that he is unique. From the moment we started, he was able to understand what was going on with my body and adapt the treatment accordingly. It wasn’t a generic routine — it felt very intuitive, precise, and tailored to what my body actually needed. You can tell he has a deep understanding of the body and a high level of skill. I’ve onlyhad one session with Anante but she was specialized with the female body and her focus on tight hips helped me in relaxing tension and imbalance.
