Just saw Silent Screen! Please bring NDT choreography back every season and show Toronto audiences how incredible contemporary dance theater can be. Beautifully performed by our very own NBoC. Glad the new artistic director is shaking things up!

The Nutcracker is a must-see every Christmas season. The location is right downtown, so getting there is easy and convenient. I highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance because they sell out very quickly. I also loved that they sell Nutcracker magnets. I bought one as a souvenir and it was a great touch :)

Beautiful studios and classes. However, some teachers (specially for the beginner ballet classes) are not ready to teach beginners. There are some subs that shouldn't be there (Patricia Pyrka, etc). If you take ballet classes, make sure you take them with a professional teacher who has had a dance career and experience teaching. Also, I'm happy to see that Sarahi doesn't teach there anymore. She is a terrible teacher with no skills at all.

Saw The Winter’s Tale on recommendation, it was visually stunning, with loss, reconciliation, and hidden truths unfolding through masterful choreography where things aren’t always what they seem. Excellent production and an outstanding troupe.

The National Ballet of Canada still has performances by russian authors. It's a shame to have such a repertoire in our time.

Procession was incredible. The music, musicians, choreography and dancers were magnificent.

Fabulous productions. Attended The Nutcracker again this year and it was spectacular. Looking forward to the 2025 season!

I went to a special activity, meeting one of the ballerina and talck about how she prepared her point shoes before using. After walking around the premises and watching a rehearsal. Was a really nice experience, learning about something completely new. I recommend being a donor, giving you access to special events and activities.

I had a negative customer service experience with the National Ballet of Canada, and I'd like to share my feedback. While I understand that this was an exceptional situation where both parties could have acted differently, I expected higher standards of customer service and care from a renowned company like the NBC. I purchased tickets to see the Nutcracker in November, specifically for the December 24th show. Unfortunately, there were unprecedented snowstorms that day, making it unsafe to drive. Realizing the situation, I contacted the NBC in the morning to inquire about my options. They promptly responded, stating that due to the extreme weather, they were waiving their no refund policy and offering a gift certificate for future productions. In hindsight, I made a mistake by not responding within the stated 3-hour window, as I misunderstood the instructions. After the Christmas festivities, I realized that I needed to follow up, but I was informed that I had missed the 3-hour window. Given the circumstances, I requested some flexibility, hoping for a more understanding approach. Unfortunately, the manager of ticket operations, Katy James, made no attempt to negotiate with me other than offering tickets to a show I had no interest in seeing. While Katy was professional, their approach felt cold, and they didn't try to see the issue from my perspective. This type of service is not what I would expect from a top national arts company. Ultimately, I had to resort to issuing a chargeback through my bank to resolve the issue. I genuinely wish that the NBC had made a better effort to reach a more amicable conclusion. This experience has left me hesitant to continue supporting them in the future.

Was just about to purchase 4 tickets to this coming Saturdays show but then noticed that the National Ballet of Canada prefers to voluntarily discriminate against someone's private medical status. Never been to show here before and would've loved to experience our first but never will I or my family even look at or think of your site again. 2 years of businesses suffering wasn't enough, I guess. May it continue on for you and those that think alike.
