“We had the pleasure of hosting our company winter holiday celebration at Canopy Studios, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Kim and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. They were professional, responsive, and truly attentive to every detail. The catering and bar options were great. One of the highlights of the evening was collaborating with a local artist to create a custom painting, beautifully designed to match our company’s colours. “My friend and I joined Canopy Studios’ Art Bar Happiness Hour and had THE BEST time! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was fun, welcoming, and so creative. The concept is brilliant, an inspiring space where you can sip, snack, and let your inner artist loose without any pressure. The staff were warm, encouraging, and made the whole experience feel effortless. We loved how everything was set up so that you could just relax, play with different materials, and enjoy yourself. It felt equal parts social outing and creative escape. We left feeling energized, happy, and already planning our next visit. Such a unique experience in Calgary—we can’t recommend it enough! “We came for the Art Bar experience and chose the embroidery kit- this was amazing! I wish we had spaces like this when I was young. Being a creative and introvert but wanting to fit into a community and socialize is always challenging. So excited to come back!”
