About the clinic
A warm welcome to you, thank you for inquiring into services at The Art of Balance.
Alas, I am currently on maternity leave and am hoping to return to the clinic in the New Year of 2027. There won’t be anything available to book until I return to practice- so check in around January 2027 for any updates.
Wishing you a wonderfully nourishing fall and early winter, and hope that you find some effective alternatives for self care in the meantime! There are a lot of great therapy options around the Cowichan Valley. Feel free to email me if you need some recommendations, or have any further questions or concerns. “I am so thankful to have started RMT treatments with Laura. When I lived in Toronto I used to go regularly to an excellent RMT person, but since moving out here to Vancouver Island in 2016 I had not been getting treatments. Lately I finally made a decision to start treatments again and am so happy to have found Laura. She has the incredible ability to quickly assess the treatment needed and has an amazing and intuitive ability for healing. After my initial treatment I found myself so relaxed it surprised me.
