“Liz is truly the best RMT I have worked with so far. She has a gift, and truly understands how the body and how our muscles work to help overcome everything from injury recovery, to repetitive stress tension to help you be your best. Along with myself, I've also sent multiple friends and colleagues to her that have had everything from ongoing issues from car accidents, to injuries and tension from work, and in each scenario Liz is absolute magic. She identifies the cause and how to fix it for both immediate relief, as well as help you learn how to reduce the occurence long term. I've had the pleasure to work with a few RMTs in my career so far for everything from localized issues to general tension. “After suffering from a long-standing neck injury, I came to Liz Burns with severe pain & stiffness. My symptoms were becoming chronic & debilitating. Seeing Liz for massage therapy has had a profound positive impact on my overall health and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to integrate the massage therapy that she delivers into my health care. After numerous appointments with my family doctor, physiotherapy & chiropractic care, I still had limited improvement. Searching for a massage therapist, I stumbled upon Liz by chance (or possibly a miracle). Starting with improvement after the very first session, she is the only person I have had concrete, positive results from. Liz made me feel comfortable right from the start with her professionalism and expertise. She is very personable and professional, and she makes you feel completely at ease. She is clearly very passionate about her work, and she takes great care to mindfully diagnose, explain and address any problem areas, offering very helpful (and interesting) guidance and advice throughout. Liz is very intuitive and has a deep sense of the root cause of a problem. Her strong hands isolate & relieve pain. Within the first few sessions, I felt significant improvement in my mobility, neck extension & pain relief. Her knowledge and skills are phenomenal, and I always feel totally transformed after just one hour. Suffice to say; I would not consider going for a massage anywhere else. “Liz provides a wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating experience with her massage therapy at home. The environment is warm and welcoming that offers absolute relaxation. Liz is very knowledgeable and is able to always give the most positive and beneficial effects of her treatments. I feel like a brand new person after her treatments. She is very through, caring and attentive to my needs.
