Massage Patients : Please fill out your intake form in full prior to your appointment time. I cannot treat patients with incomplete intake forms. Massage time may be reduced if your intake form is incomplete before your appointment.
Late/No shows : If you will be late to your appointment, please send me a message as soon as you know as I can likely accommodate you. I am unable to accommodate patients that are more than 10 minutes late to INITIAL appointments. If you are no longer able to make your appointment, as courtesy, please call or email at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any unnecessary fees or confusion.
