ON MAY 19, OUR LOCATION IS CHANGING: As of May 19, all appointments and classes will be taking place at 2735 Clifton Street, Suite 110 (at the new Richmond Yards development near our old location). Please follow this link for parking options.

CANCELLATION POLICY : First-time late cancellations will result in a charge of $75 and full-appointment price for subsequent late cancelations. Payment must be made on all outstanding invoices prior to booking or attending the next treatment session.

INSURANCE : We regret that we do not offer direct billing or deal with MVA claims. Payment must be made in full at the time of your appointment. You will receive a receipt to submit with your claim.

Please note: Francesca Ambrocichuk is booked out several months in advance and is not accepting new patients until January 2027 . If you would like to book an initial appointment with Francesca for January or after, please give us a call. Thanks for your understanding.

Edited to add that the youngest member of our family (6) had her first appointment at Synergy today with Victoria and it was such a fantastic experience. She left telling me “Victoria is a good one. I feel that I like Victoria a lot” 💖 Kids don’t lie, Victoria IS a good one, as are all the professionals at Synergy as far as my experience goes. Such a safe space where we always feel comfortable and so well taken care of. Both Francesca and Victoria had helped our family immensely and I’m grateful for their knowledge and kind support. And the Pilates classes are amazing too! I strongly recommend Synergy without hesitation.”

“Was new to Halifax and was looking for a Pilates studio to continue my practice in 2023. Did I luck out with Synergy Physiotherapy! It was the first studio I tried and didn’t need to look any further. The staff are fantastic as are the classes. All offered in a safe, welcoming environment. I have tried both mat and springboard. The mat classes are offered at three levels and instructors always provide modifications during the sessions. I have also used their physio services and was not disappointed. The time taken to ensure I fully understand the treatment plan and follow up was fantastic. Be warned their massage therapist is addicting!”

“Callie has created a safe and inviting space for my pain management. We talk about how I've been feeling and how my last sessions have been on my body. She has done work on me where no other massage therapist has, such as my diaphragm. My lower back pain will take some time to work on but I'm hopeful. I've also started seeing Ulla the which I'm feeling the treatments being successful. Thanks Synergy Only four stars because there's no direct payment to the insurance company.”
