“I have hyper mobile Ehlers Danlos. It’s hard to find anyone who knows what that is, let alone knows how to treat it safely and intentionally. I have had one visit, and I felt more understood and cared for in a short period of time than I have with people I went to for years. I don’t know how this works, all I know is I felt instant relief, and I felt stretches and movements in areas of my body I have never been able to access before. Listen when he says that it might not feel like he’s doing much, but he is. Also listen when he says to take it easy, and that you might feel sore after.
