“I've been seeing Matthew Crotty for massages at Superior Integrated Care for the past two weeks after spending the better part of the last four years in pain and stiffness from a back injury. Matthew was careful, empathetic, and informative when performing my assessment. Together, we were able to identify the spots that needed the most attention. He even properly identified some digestion/gut issues that I thought were completely unrelated through just a short interview and came up with a treatment plan that would work on the different areas affecting my health and movement. After my second treatment, I experienced intense relief from my back pain, tightness/tension (in my back, shoulders, and neck), and the digestion issues that had been puzzling my GP and me for the past two years. All the tests that MSP would cover (and then some) couldn't figure the last one out. Over the past few days since my last treatment, I've noticed an improvement in sleep, stress/anxiety, and productivity as a result of the increased mobility and relief from lower back pain and gut issues. . I'm very grateful to have been recommended to see Matthew, and I would extend that recommendation to anyone looking for quality care in the Victoria area.
