WCB INQUIRIES: If you are wanting to book for a work related injury, we are not a contracted clinic. We can still see you if you wish to come privately, but if it is a work related injury we are required to report it to WCB.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please ensure you cancel or reschedule the business day before during our operating hours, or cancel online the day before. We will accept voicemails left during our operating hours the business day before as well.
Any reschedules or late cancellations for any reason on the same day of the scheduled appointment, including but not limited to illness, will be charged a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. No shows (failing to attend an appointment without notifying the clinic prior to the scheduled start time of your appointment) will be billed at the full cost of your booked appointment. If you have late cancelled three times within a three month period for any reason, the fee will be increased to the full cost of the missed appointment. This charge cannot be billed to insurance providers and must be paid before booking your next visit. For any issues restricting in-person attendance, you may switch to a virtual (online) visit to continue your care and to avoid a fee.

“I have been seeing Amanda at Summerside Physio for years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ll admit, I am not always the most consistent with my exercises, but Amanda never makes me feel judged. Instead, she meets me exactly where I'm at with genuine care and a true desire to help me improve. I deal with some major medical issues, and Amanda is incredibly skilled at navigating them. She always finds creative, safe ways to work around my limitations and consistently helps me find real relief. “My husband and I were recommended by a friend to see Stephanie at Summerside Children’s and Sports Physiotherapy for our little one as she helped with our friend’s baby too. Stephanie was delightful and thorough. She is very knowledgeable. She was so gentle with our little one. As new parents, of course there are worries but she was so kind and reassuring! We can’t wait to see her again to follow up with our baby’s well being. “Lizz is absolutely amazing! I brought my daughter to the clinic for suspected torticollis, and during her incredibly thorough assessment, she identified hip dysplasia that had been missed by two doctors. Thanks to Lizz’s attention to detail, my daughter is now receiving treatment that will help prevent more serious issues in the future. “I’ve had excellent results working with Amanda there. I started with a painful shoulder with limited mobility and strength. After just a couple visits (and the “homework” exercises) my shoulder pain was almost gone and range of motion was almost fully back to pre-injury status. Another visit and new exercises and the pain is completely gone, with full ROM. Now we’re just working on strengthening things, so I can get back to lifting weights.
