“I have been for 2 massages now with Heather Allen and they are hands down the best RMT massages I have ever had! I have gone for regular massage with benefits through my work for the past decade and find that a lot of RMT’s sort of give up half way through the hour; but from start to finish with Heather, the pressure remains firm. I really appreciate that she starts on time and goes for the full hour that you pay for (even a little bit over time - what a bonus!) I’m looking forward to the future appointments I have booked. “Colleen takes the time to really understand what is going on with my body so she can address the areas causing the pain. She works on the fascia at the beginning of treatment which I find really helps in the longevity of relief. Colleen has also gone above and beyond to research potential causes of the knee pain I have been experiencing so to help address the issue causing the pain and not just treating it.
