“I have had multiple massage and cupping treatments with Cara as well as Cranio treatments with Rhonda for both myself and newborn. Cara is amazing she assesses my needs upfront before we get started and checks in throughout to ensure I am comfortable and get what my body needs. She educates me throughout to explain what my body is doing and what it needs going forward. She is able to flush things out without extreme pressure or pain. Rhonda is also amazing, I was new to Cranio and they took the time to explain what they were doing and what I would feel. It was magical and I went into labour the following day! They also helped to assess my newborn and help with things I didn’t even pick up on that he needed. Would highly recommend all treatments and providers at Stillpoint!”
