“Honestly didn’t think a foot clinic would fix my knee pain, but here we are. I’m a pretty new runner and my knees were giving me grief for weeks — tried stretching, foam rolling, rest days, you name it. Nothing stuck. A friend suggested I see Rachel at this clinic and I’m so glad I did. She watched me run, asked the right questions, and actually explained what was going on rather than just handing me a generic solution. Turned out my gait was the culprit. She fitted me for custom orthotics and within about three weeks the pain had basically disappeared. I’ve been running consistently since with zero issues. For something that was genuinely affecting my training, the fix was way simpler than I expected — just needed the right person to figure it out.
