Excellent massage therapy! I had so much tension from sitting at my computer all day, and my massage therapist did an incredible job. The clinic was clean, the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, and the whole experience was great. I'll definitely be coming back!

Great care. Alejandra helped me recover by following the treatment plan she created for me and the staff is wonderful and very patient to all my concern. Kudos!

I had a great experience with Rhutu. From the very first session, she was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. She took the time to understand my concerns, explained each step of the treatment clearly, and tailored the exercises to my specific needs.

The overall service at this physiotherapy clinic is excellent, and I’m very satisfied with my experience. The therapist —Rhutu who worked with me is very kind, attentive, and professional. She takes the time to understand my symptoms and adjusts the treatment accordingly. I initially had significant pain in my shoulder and wrist, and it was so severe that it often woke me up at night and affected my sleep. After just three sessions of treatment, I noticed a clear improvement—I no longer wake up from pain during the night. I am still continuing my treatment and hoping for further recovery. I truly appreciate her—Rhutu help and would recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with similar issues.

I've had a great experience with Stay Active Rehab. The physiotherapist, Mehvash, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my condition and treatment goals. I noticed real improvement in my pain, mobility, and overall functions. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very well organized. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality physiotherapy care in North York.

I went for Pelvic Floor Physio during pregnancy. Ruthu was really good and friendly, she set me up for a successful recovery. However, I felt the duration of sessions (30 minutes) is not enough for the price/session. Many other place offer 45 minutes sessions at the same or less price. Overall the staff (receptionist and PTs I interacted with) were nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Rhutu and George were professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout my treatment. The physiotherapy and massage therapy sessions were highly effective and helped me recover from the unbearable upper back pain I had been dealing with for over two weeks. Highly recommend!

If healing and physical rehabilitation is that which you seek? Look no further. Stay Active Rehabilitation is where the mind and body are actioned, massaged, exercised, stretched and strengthened. A wonderful, professional experience where all that matters is wellbeing. Caring was the approach - knowledgeable were the professionals - successful was the delivery. I truly recommend this clinic, if recovery and healing is your priority.

As an American in Refugee status in Toronto, my body was not responding to my accommodations as well as I would have liked. With the Interim Federal Health Program in play for me as a refugee, I sought out physical and massage therapy to address the areas of discomfort. Prior to doing so, I checked the Interim Federal Health Program and Medavie Blue Cross websites to see if there was a provider’s list as well as the coverage percentage for the physical and massage therapy treatment I was seeking. It is 100% covered, NO CO-PAYS, NO ADDITIONAL FEES, all right. I send out a considerable number of emails to physiotherapy companies in my immediate area. Narrowed them down, then decided on Stay Active Rehabilitation after speaking with Ria. Ria asked me to send my insurance information over for her to research the coverage, she later confirmed the treatment was covered and scheduled me for my initial appointment on November 28, 2025, 9:30am. I arrive, I sit in the waiting room until I am requested by Alejandra to follow her. We enter a treatment room and start the initial assessment exam. About an hour later, I emerged feeling relief from treatment. I departed and soon got a message from Alejandra about billing insurance, and insurance only covering $134 of the treatment billed at $140, so I had a $6 co-pay that day. I questioned having a co-pay. The website for Interim Federal Health Program and Medavie Blue Cross showed 100% coverage, NO CO-PAY. That same day I contacted Ria sharing my displeasure and concern about being asked to co-pay by their office. NOT ONE OF HER RESPONSES answered "why are they billing me when my COVERAGE IS 100%?" On 11/29/2025 at 2pm, my appointment with the physical therapist, Tianna Chambers, is up. I do the therapy, close the session and then I get billed $11 this time. I get annoyed, once again they are billing me out of pocket costs that I legally should not incur. At 5:20pm after my session, I contact Ria again (Ria could be Nica, but the message on the phone was not clear) and not only do I express my concern of being billed because I have 100% coverage, I questioned the varying amount in billing co-pay for the same services. December 3, 2025, I go to my second massage therapy session, billed $84 with a co-pay of $6 this time. Once again, I am annoyed by being billed at all considering my coverage is 100%, but the amount is different from the initial co-pay. I immediately sent an email to Ria, stating I needed to speak with her face to face about this billing issue. Nica calls me, and gives me what she thinks explains both, and it does NOT. You do not get billing questions if I am being billed in accordance with my insurance plan. Meaning 100% of the service is covered, NOTHING OUT OF MY POCKET IS REQUIRED! Early the following morning, I sent an email discontinuing my therapy under STAY ACTIVE REHABILITATION. It was not until then that STAY ACTIVE REHABILITATION could reconcile my concerns with being charged illegal co-pays. I got calls and emails stating they would no longer charge me the co-pay. At that point, I deemed STAY ACTIVE REHABILITATION indulges in UNETHICAL business practices. I would not reward STAY ACTIVE REHABILITAION with my business at the very least. STAY ACTIVE REHABILITAION decided stealing $28 from me and defrauding IFHP & Medavie Blue Cross was more valuable to their business than the 12 scheduled weeks, 2x weekly visits for rehabilitation I was bringing to STAY ACTIVE REHABILITATION. I intend to contact the licensing board that issues licenses for businesses and massage therapist, I already contacted Interim Federal Health Plan and Medavie Blue Cross and filed formal complaints on STAY ACTIVE REHABILITATION.
