“This is a lovely family run place. I go here for messages and the practitioner does magic and finds spots you didn't even think could get tense. “Getting a massage from Lois at Soul Barn Wellness is wonderful. Lois is professional and her massage space is clean, warm and comfortable. Before beginning a massage she asks what areas of your body that you feel need to be worked on and makes sure she pays attention to those areas and the muscles and ligaments nearest to it. The Hot Stone massage helps warm and relax tight muscles. She checks in with her client as to temperature of the stones and to the depth of the massage -is it too light? too strong? I am usually exhausted after my massage and sleep deeply that night and feel relaxed the next morning. Lois does a great job in increasing circulation and managing my pain levels.
