“When I first started practicing yoga 10 years ago, Sandra was one of the very first teachers whose class I attended. Each session began with a thoughtful story or reflection, which she seamlessly wove into the practice through gentle poses and a calm, nurturing atmosphere. By the end of each class, everything came together beautifully, leaving me with a sense of peace and clarity. In 2019, when Sandra announced that she would lead a small group on a yoga retreat to India, I didn’t hesitate to join. It was an experience I couldn’t pass up. Each day of the retreat began with mindfulness and yoga, and every evening concluded with a yin class, held in the serenity of the Himalayan mountains. Sandra had carefully chosen this location for us, creating a peaceful and transformative environment. When the Covid pandemic hit, Sandra once again extended her support by creating an online mindfulness course. In a time of isolation, she gathered a small group of us together, offering guidance and meditation practices that helped us navigate those challenging first months of the pandemic. Sandra’s caring and gentle nature has always been an inspiration to me, and her presence continues to shape my yoga practice and mindset. ---”Read moreShow less

“Sandra is so lovely and such a warm person! I have had the opportunity to take a meditation workshop series, which I loved and wish I could do again. I also found this workshop had a unique approach to meditation, which I appreciated and enjoyed exploring in the small group setting. Sandra brought a wealth of knowledge, perspectives rooted in Eastern philosophy, and creative language to these sessions; all of which helped me to better understand emotions and experiences I had been going through. She always makes you feel safe and heard - thank you Sandra!”Read moreShow less
