“Cant say enough positive things about Dr Menta's approach to client centered care. He is unlike any other Chiro or soft tissue therapist I have worked with in the past both as a Personal Trainer/Strength Coach and as an Athlete/Patient. In 2020 helped me to rehab back a serious knee injury in record time and have me feeling stronger and functioning better than ever. During that process he educated me the whole time explaining the why behind what we were doing. He has worked with many clients and athletes of mine since 2019 and I have never heard more positive reviews of his ability to find the root problem/dysfunction, come up with a treatment plan and get the patient better. His knowledge and passion for helping is second to none.
