“I highly recommend Slate athletic therapy. I prefer the practical and comprehensive approach Maddie uses in treatment. I was able to describe the source of my chronic pain and weakness and Maddie carefully listened and identified the source and the areas we needed to work on. After my initial visit, I was able to understand what was happening with the bio-mechanics of my affected leg. we designed a plan, set goals and for the first time ever, I could understand the purpose of the exercises and the path ahead. Subsequent visits have helped me see the clear path to improvement, a refreshing change from attending countless physio treatments where this kind of collaboration is often missed. I had been dealing with this issue for a couple of years without any sign of improvement. I am so happy with my results. I am also so happy I was able to find Slate Athletic therapy and Maddie and I recommend it highly to anyone who is dealing with new issues or persistent chronic concerns.”
