To our valued patients, pleased be advised that as outlined in our patient intake forms, a charge will be applied to your account for missed or cancelled appointments within 1-24 hours of the missed or cancelled appointment time. A 50% charge will be applied for your first missed or cancelled appointment and any missed or cancelled appointments afterwards, you will be charged the full amount of your treatment. Our healthcare provider’s time is valuable and missed appointments take up time in their schedule. Our Milton clinic is located across the hallway from HR on the fourth floor. Our Ajax clinic is located beside the nurses office in the Warehouse lunchroom.

“My partner and I are driving home from blind river after a snow storm that had happened, poor visibility and bad conditions in the area, so we are being cautious but not to cautious. A Gordon Food Service transport truck almost clips the side of his truck to pass us on a road that’s a 2 lane and wasn’t properly plowed. I’m sorry but you should not be driving like that after a huge storm and the roads aren’t properly maintained and or plowed. We honked and flashed the lights at him. The road is a 80 and we’re doing about 75 and he passes us and flys down the road doing atleast 90 or more. I’m not the one to usually complain about things but that was utterly close to us getting hit and putting our lives at danger. Train your drivers better gordon foods.”Read moreShow less

“Good place for delivery. Less time for dry van. Clean restroom for drivers near door 37. Receiving near door 36. Truck entrance is from Holgate crescent as shown in picture. 10 truck parking before gate. Can park on street as well.”

“Death, Taxes and Gordon's Food Service blocking traffic. This is a daily occurrence where they block the whole parking lot entrance to my plaza for up to an hour. Totally ignore you when you explain you can't be blocking open businesses and give them alternative spots to park. Unprofessional and Inexperienced is my review, train your driver's properly. 2 weeks later, your drivers are ridiculous. Properly train your drivers.
