“I booked a virtual introductory meeting with Rachael for my pre-teen daughter and Rachael was a no-show for the appointment. My daughter and I waited over half an hour on the video call before giving up. Two hours after the original appointment time, Rachael left me a voicemail with a lack-lustre apology, but no explanation. Had I been asked to reschedule in advance, or even last-minute, there would have been no problem. So my first, and only, impression of the business was a poor one.”

“My therapist has recently finished her education and is just starting out in her practice. From the first session, I could tell that she had a great understanding of both psychology and the specific issues I was struggling with. Her open and understanding attitude was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable discussing anything that came up during our sessions. She was always well-prepared and had great insights into how I viewed my situation. Having someone so newly educated also means she brings a fresh perspective on many of the topics that were important for me, which was very beneficial.
