“Brendan is amazing! I highly recommend him. My daughter a high level track athlete had ACL and meniscus surgery, we had tried a couple of other clinics but she was frustrated with the results. We found Brendan and have never been happier with a physiotherapist. He is positive, encouraging, he listens and has so much knowledge! He had her back to track competing with 3 months! “Had a bad high ankle sprain due to football and I have never been in better care to get me back to 100% than these guys at orka! The facility is beautiful with lots of accurate and advanced equipment that was super easy and helpful for me to keep track of my numbers and my progress! They took their time and were very knowledgeable and technical with how they handled the injury. The best part was that they made me a recovery plan that was specific to my body and injury. Shoutout to my guy Brenden who helped me through it all he’s the real deal and I couldn’t have had a better person to help with process. “ORKA came highly recommended by a friend/runner I trust. I started seeing Joey for low back issues (a recurring problem) and learned a new approach to rehabbing my back. I've had such a positive experience that together, Joey and I have moved out of rehab and into building strength to I could get back to running. “I cannot express how thankful I am to have found the team at Orka and specifically, Brendan. After a very complex knee injury involving surgical reconstruction/repair of 4 ligaments, I didn't know how I would find a physiotherapist with the expertise and confidence to rehab this injury. Brendan has a genuine care for his patients while listening attentively and providing a wealth of knowledge and technique. It has only been couple months into a very long recovery and I am already feeling confident that our goals are achievable and progress will continue to be made. Brendan takes the time to plan around your prior athletic involvement and where you want to be going forward. Having been an athlete all of my life, I really appreciate this approach to truly rehabbing the injury to return to sport rather than pain management. The ACL Rehab Clinic is also an inviting and uplifting group to be apart of while under the supervision of one of Orka's awesome physios. The sessions are high energy and everyone around you has gone through their own journey working with the team to continue building their athleticism. Additionally, Orka also has industry leading technology for performance testing and provides access to recovery support tools less used at traditional physio clinics. “I started seeing Joey in January after my second ACL tear, and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience! He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. He’s helped me set goals that I’m so excited to crush and has been such a positive support throughout the entire process. He helped me get as strong as possible before my surgery, and now post surgery he’s created a custom rehab plan for me that I feel really confident in. “Brendan has been the best physiotherapist I've ever worked with and is an amazing asset to have on your performance team! I've seen Brendan for a broken hand, fractured ankle, pre and post surgery ACL rehab, shoulder work after crashing the race bike, and more. “Orka has been a fantastic place for my 2 competitive gymnast to recover from injuries. The staff is so kind and friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. Joey has walked through different injuries and has been great. We have been to other physio clinics in the past, and the care and attention to a proper recovery didn't seem to be the same as it is at Orka.
