“I had such a good experience here. Abigail and Louraine were amazing during my physio sessions—really attentive, easy to talk to, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping you feel better. I also had massages with Ammabelle, and she was so kind and made the whole experience really relaxing. Overall, the centre has such a welcoming vibe and I always felt in good hands. “Okay, maybe I wasn't the target audience, but three visits were a complete waste of time and effort. Some basic stretching exercises, a 5 lb kettlebell:), and a little electrical massage at the end. Everyone was very friendly, but I came for shoulder treatment, not socializing. I needed to understand how to strengthen my shoulder, get an appropriate exercise program, recommendations, and so on. “Hello dr sajad Ali this man was a miracle worker. The knowledge he carries a passion. He carries for the patient was amazing. I have been to lots of physio in my life, and I have never been treated so good i could barely walk when I came in with the back issues, sciatican, and I was flying out of the country in a few days. This man works very hard on me to get me mobile, and through my holiday. It's really truly Carrie carried and helped me.
