“If you are looking into this clinic for any reason I cannot recommend highly enough at the very least do the consult, meet the people and experience everything below first hand My situation is rather unique and complicated do to a motor vehicle accident. After seeing numerous urologists and getting the brush off regarding severe ED that was not improved with meds as well as incontinence I branched out on my own search and found this clinic. I did ask some of the urologists about the services the clinic provide and unfortunately they did not offer any real support or guidence to pursuing treatments. I mention this because i would have done myself a great disservice and helded up my progress had I let their lack of knowledge and support deter me. Anyone in a similar situation knows this isnt an easy topic or something anyone cares to discuss or admit on any forum and the reason I'm doing this review is because I don't want others to stay in a situation they don't need to and I strongly believe in this clinc, the services they provide and the people that provide them. Revitalized has provided more care and understanding than anyone I've encountered on my medical journey. During my consultation Shannon, the owner, made me feel comfortable and at ease to discuss what would be a diffcult subject and helped me understand my situation as well as offered many helpful suggestions. She was clear about the challenges of my situation and that maybe we could not achieve the results either of would want with the severity of trauma and a lot of unknowns. She was honest, upfront even at the cost of a potential sale which says a lot when someone's ethics are people over profits. You can see and feel Shannon and her staff have a genuine passion and desire to help. I have worked with Shannon for approximately 4 or 5 months now and has shown a great commitment to my care, progress and comfort every step of the way with regular check ins and assessments to make sure we are always making the most effective next step.
