We bill most extended health plans directly for physiotherapy and massage therapy (Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Canada Life, Manulife, Green Shield and others). Bring your plan details to your first visit; you pay only what your plan does not cover.
ICBC: Physiotherapy for an active ICBC claim is billed directly to ICBC, with no cost to you for approved visits. Book under “Physiotherapy - ICBC” and have your claim number and date of accident ready.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations are charged 50% of the visit fee. Cancel through your online booking account, or call (778) 561-2713 or email contact@retrievehealth.ca .

Wear comfortable clothing.
Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early; call us if you have questions about parking.
Massage therapy
Jerry Yan, RMT, is available Sundays 10 am to 4 pm in 30, 45 and 60-minute sessions. Direct billing is available.
