Billing and Benefits : Currently, I am unable to offer direct billing. Clients with extended benefits can submit receipts to their insurer. Please be advised - ‘Massage’ sessions are not reimbursable through your extended benefits (Mark Kendall is not an RMT in BC).

New Clients: Cancellations & Rescheduling : If you are feeling ill, please let me know as soon as possible. I will be happy to reschedule your appointment. What this clinic asks of you

Booking and fees

  • Advance notice to cancel2 days

    Clients must provide 48 hours notice to reschedule appointments, or a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Credit card to book

    Touchless payments protocols will be used including e-transfer, square, or credit card on file.

  • Fee for cancelling late

    (and waive the late cancellation fee.)

Health and safety

    All clients and practitioners must wear masks upon entering the building.

On the day

  • Wear or bringclean, dry 3-ply face covering

    Clients must bring their own clean, dry 3-ply face covering, or one will be provided to them for a $2 fee (surgical mask), $3 fee (KN95).
