“I would not recommend Ursula as a therapist. Ursula came to my session unprepared, and I had to repeat multiple things I had already shared. This lack of preparation made it difficult to feel supported or heard. Her comments and facial expressions regarding my family, issues I had already healed from felt inappropriate, hurtful, and wrong. I felt forced to defend them during the session, and since then, I’ve been struggling to not hate them or myself because of what Ursula said. Ursula attempted to re-diagnose me, repeatedly asking about conditions I do not have, despite my established diagnosis and my history, which she was aware of. I went into the session having already healed from certain things, and I left feeling unhealed because of her words and reactions.
