“Absolutely awful experience!!!! We went there through an insurance claim thinking everything was taken care of. Seven years later, got a call from a debt collector, saying that the insurance didn’t cover a bill so they were coming after me. Not once did I get a call email or a letter in the mail which Rebound had access to all of my information on file!! Instead, they sent it to a debt collector, not contact myself regarding the situation. This is the most disgusting treatment I’ve ever had!!! If insurance didn’t cover it, they could’ve called me. I had no problem paying $91!! Caution to those that could possibly be in the same situation!!!!!!”Read moreShow less

“I’m on wcb for an injury, every visit I sat and waited 15 mins or longer, got about 30 mins of actual therapy. Pretty sure they’ve billed wcb 1 hour. We wonder why our healthcare is in such shambles. These businesses in Lethbridge are bleeding the system, this isn’t the first business in Lethbridge to do this to me either.”Read moreShow less

“Well, first of all their location is not good. Get in the building , take elevator, reception will give you a parking pass, then you go back to parking and place it in your car. Then you come back. During the session the beds/table on which you lay, is very uncomfortable and also the pilow is not comfortable.. at the end I asked for water from the reception lady, but she directed me towards campus fountain. “8 weeks post surgery (knee replacement) and having concerns about my slow recovery, I approached Rebound Health in Lethbridge, AB. Stephen assessed my knee and state of recovery. I left their physiotherapy clinic with a few additional exercises and a much more optimistic attitude. I have 3 more appointments booked, which should get me to my goals. “Front desk staff was professional and helpful. The physio I saw had little confidence, couldn’t diagnose me, and just gave me basic exercises that I told her I was already doing. She apologized but gave me no answers. I called back to try and fix the issue as I’m still needing work done but the front staff (as helpful and professional as they are) told me I could see a different physio but would have to pay again. “I had a hiking injury and my physician recommended physiotherapy. I chose Rebound as recommended by a colleague. I am not disappointed in this choice. Mike S got me to a point I was able to have more mobility back and when it was not progressing as anticipated, he arranged a specialist to see me. I did have to get an off load brace and combined with more physio, I am back hiking and doing more activities. The staff were accommodating to my schedule changes and supported my progress along this journey to improved mobility and health.
