“I was sent here by WCB. And let me tell you they do nothing to help you you do work outs with zero guidance they tell you if your sore show up and they will provide physio or massage and if you request it they will tell you that the physio therapist is busy meanwhile the dude walks around doing nothing and then when you complain about it they pretend you never asked or that they had no idea this place is a complete joke”Read moreShow less

“I entered into this program with a very bad Knee. Upon meeting all the staff, from the front desk girls who always smiled and said hello, I then met their on site doctor who was vey understanding in regards to my exact pain, I was introduced to Linda Magyari the on site counsellor, she was incredible, so nice to have a voice that listened to me. My main contact was Domenika Scaglione, she was absolutely a true professional Registered Kinesiologist. Nika really took care of me , her calm demeanor and her knowledge of her profession was second to none. I must admit, in the beginning I was impatient, and doubted her , but slowly I gained a lot of trust in her program and she was 100 percent right. I fully recovered thanks to her patience and persistence with me to make positive progress towards a full recovery. I want to also acknowledge her sister Clara who is also very kind and understanding and a real asset to the clinic. In conclusion, this is an absolute 5 star clinic, The front desk, the Doctors, the physiotherapists, Kinesiologist, Occupational therapist counsellor ,are all a fantastic team.”Read moreShow less

“Be aware if you end up going to this place. They try to prove that your injury does not exist, its only in your head. They have pre made plan, the only help you will get is that one day magically you will feel better. They disregard my doctor suggestions, they all think they are doctor even never been to school for it. I was forced to go back to work and re-injure myself because they think you should take 10 pain killers a day and you will be fine in long run. I had resign from my work because of the harassment i was getting while in so much pain. If you ever end up going here please double check every step they will tell you to take.”Read moreShow less

“I went there for OR2 program. Overall staff is very nice. I had very bad experience with one of the Physiotherapist name Adel. He was very rude and doesn’t know how to communicate professionally. I worked with Larissa, Nav and Nicole they were very cooperative.”Read moreShow less

“I had Jennifer is my functional rehab referral and she was amazing! She never rushed me or made me do anything I may not feel comfortable with. She wasn't judgemental at all in any of the process even when it came to help me read. I wish I had more time with Jennifer and she was somebody who was assigned to me at the start of my injury because she clearly cares about her job. Thanks again and I hope to run into her one day again down the road and give her that hand shake (I chose not to cause of a condition) plus she gave me a big head when I found out my hands were speed demons hehehe.”Read moreShow less

“First time at Re: function Surrey location through WorkBC. Was in for an assessment test all round to see how far I could go with body movement. Therapist Mike K was great with his experience in the field. Very friendly, no "pushing"..we just went slow. Super clean office and workout area. On main bus route, parking available. Thank you Re: function”Read moreShow less

“Had an assessment about two weeks ago. Doug really did a number on my shoulder. I haven’t been able to lift it since.OR programs are a joke they take you ready or not big reason I don’t trust them I did let them know what was happening in the next day. Then they told my case manager non-health reasons for not taking me. In the program. They never brought up their concerns of a rotator cuff tear up that they did with me in the assessment stay away from this place or any OR programs.”Read moreShow less

“The entire staff here is incredibly friendly, informative and makes this place a great place to go for your rehabilitation! I had the pleasure of interacting with these people on a regular basis for my injury and they were all fantastic. I worked the closest with Adel and Edgar. Adel is one of the most knowledgeable and best physios I have ever had! He had such an innovative approach to my rehabilitation, was extremely caring and constantly thought outside the box to figure what could help my injury when many healthcare professionals had given up and said "I'm not sure." Edgar was also extremely resourceful, created many useful strategies of how to manage day-to-day with as little pain with my injury and really looked at me as a person and not just an injury. I can't say enough amazing things about these two and the rest of the staff! I feel fortunate to come across such caring and exceptional Kinesiologists, PTs and OTs that I would definitely recommend them to EVERYONE!!!”Read moreShow less
