About the clinic
Welcome — you’re in the right place
I offer a person-centered, genuine, and direct approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients from diverse backgrounds. I support youth, adults, and couples as they navigate experiences related to trauma, grief and loss, relationships, and major life stressors. Many of the people I work with are processing experiences of violence, harm, addiction, and difficult or unsafe relational dynamics. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to move toward meaningful change in a way that feels grounded and manageable for you. I hold a Master of Social Work with a Clinical Specialization and am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
