Recently dealt with a right foot injury that exerted a lot of force through certain bones and ligaments. With his excellent massage technique, Quy successfully ensured the bones in my feet were aligned again and allowed me to stop guarding when I walked! In the past, he's supported post sprain recovery on the left foot for me as well as supported an "asleep" right gluteus medius to fire again. He's honestly excellent at what he does! He takes the time to explain anatomy and basic principles - and works with your body, not against it to find the best way to help you heal! With massage, you get what you pay for; he's worth every dollar.

I cannot say enough kind things about Quy. I choose him from his bio on a local health care group due to an old roller derby injury that I needed help with. After his help I could walk and move again. When ever I have a flair up or hurt myself he fixes me. Full stop. I have tried other RMT’s previously that didn’t help. Physio people that didn’t help. He does. I have followed him to various locations over the years. He listens. He will help you. 👍

I've been going to Quy for a few years and he's a fantastic massage therapist. He really knows what he's doing and uses a mix of techniques that always leave me feeling better. When my back acts up, his massages give me real relief, and when it’s feeling fine, regular sessions with him help keep the pain from coming back. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

I just had my first session with Quy (pronounced Wee), and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the space felt warm and inviting. We started with a thoughtful sit-down conversation about my concerns, and I really appreciated how mindful he was with his approach based on that discussion. My shoulders are my biggest problem area, sometimes even causing tension headaches, he was so attentive and immediately offered supportive shoulder pillows to make the treatment more comfortable. He also asked if I wanted the bed heated, which is such a thoughtful touch—something I know I’ll appreciate in the winter months. I’ve had massages before where the pressure felt more painful than therapeutic, but Quy has such a deep familiarity with the body that even when there was discomfort, it felt like a necessary release rather than something unpleasant. That balance made the whole experience so much more effective and enjoyable without compromising on the therapeutic benefits. The level of care and attention I felt was truly unmatched. I left feeling lighter, looser, and completely cared for. I’ll definitely be continuing with Quy on a biweekly basis, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an RMT who combines skill, attentiveness, and genuine care.

Okay, I’ve had a lot of massages in my time and I have to say Quy is one of the best RMT’s I have ever experienced. I found him randomly on a google search and my search for the perfect RMT is over. You know when you find that person that seems like they are magic when they make contact with you. He is it. Not only did he find the exact points where needed work in seconds, but he also solved the problem within seconds as well. I feel lighter and more fluid after our session today. The headache I had is gone. My range of motion feels like it has returned. I will tell all my close friends and family members to go to him. I highly suggest you reading this comment go to see him as well! 10/10 5star hands down!

Quy is a wonderful RMT with an incredible understanding of the human anatomy. He is extremely dedicated to his work and his hands always find the right spots. My lower back doesn't always play nice, and he's always taken care of me and stretches my poor muscles out in ways I can't do myself at home.

Quy is amazing. When I first visited him I was suffering from horrible neck pain and he alleviated it in one session. His unique style combines traditional massage and stretch therapy (where necessary) and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I have been to all the luxury hotels in the city for massages but none of the providers there come even close to Quy.

I saw Quy for a massage to help with my sciatica pain, and even after just one session, I felt such noticeable relief. He was professional, attentive, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I really appreciated how he focused on the areas that needed the most care. Highly recommend!

I have seen Quy many times at the clinics he has previously worked at and I am ecstatic that he has started his own practice! Quy Duong RMT is a life savour! I came to him super locked up after injury and after only a few visits with him, I feel significantly better with no headaches, increased movement and finally some relief from the consistent nagging pain. Hands down he is the best rmt I have ever had! Quy knows his anatomy extremely well and manipulates the area he is working on with surgical precision and instant results. Hands down he is the best RMT I have ever had!! If you need a skilled RMT he is your guy! Also he worked in conjunction with chiropractic care and acupuncture to maximize the outcome of both therapies. If your in pain, he is your person!
