“Physiotherapy isn’t something most people want to do, but working with Cillian has completely changed that for me. I came in with an injury I had been avoiding for two months, and thanks to his support, I’ve seen major improvements. Cillian doesn't just help you build strength; he takes the time to explain the mechanics of your injury and healing process, and tailors a program specifically to your needs. The sessions are challenging, yes, but his friendly, motivating, and genuinely fun vibe makes them something I actually look forward to. He strikes the perfect balance between pushing you and cheering you on. I’m so glad I started, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Cillian more—10/10, without hesitation.”Read moreShow less

“I am so impressed with Cillian and his team. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hips several months ago. While exercising certainly helped, my symptoms would return after a few days. With Cillian’s guidance and joint coordination with my personal trainer, I am back to my old self. His state of the art equipment and approach to solving my pain was a life changer. If you are having issues similar to mine, I would urge you to give Cillian and his team a try!”Read moreShow less

“PT Lab is the real deal. Whether you’re a high-performance athlete or just someone looking to move pain-free again, the team at PT Lab always puts your best interest first. In an industry where some places try to keep you coming back unnecessarily, PT Lab stands out, they genuinely want to help you heal and move forward. They’re not just great at what they do; they’re also down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and truly care about their clients. I highly recommend PT Lab to anyone in the St. John’s area looking for real, lasting solutions.”Read moreShow less

“Cillian and Kev were recommended to me by a few friends. I suffered a significant lower leg injury and was determined to run again. After a few months of work at PTlabs I am now pain free and running a faster 5km than pre-injury. Highly recommend!”

“Not sure about the extreme training, but I have been seen by Cillian the Physiotherapist and he is phenomenal. Best Physiotherapist I’ve ever seen in 30 years. If anybody needs anything for any type of sport injury or any injury, you should definitely go see Cillian and the guys. Not one for just icing it and putting heat on it and sending you home. He will work with you and get to the core problem and help you best ever Physiotherapist.”Read moreShow less
