“Always a pleasure 🙏 Great team and reception is amazing!! Helped us after a car accident with physio chiropractor and massage! Insurance had no problems with them at all! And after another chiropractor from a different business mishandled my condition - Prompt ( Tamera ) helped realign and continues to maintain my over all adjustments and I'm feeling better and even get educated on my body and what I can do help on the daily. “This is a wonderful place to get your physio done. The people are super friendly, they give great advice, and they are very professional. “They work hard to listen and take care of the issues. Great care and organization. Their hours are flexible and the staff always friendly and helpful. “Very friendly, patient staff, they always call to remind of appointments ahead of time, clean facilities, physiotherapist is friendly and very good at fixing your problems. They also do acupuncture and they have a chiropractor on site as well although I haven't used that service as of yet. They're also very adept at working with WCB patients. “The entire team at Prompt physiotherapy are professional, understanding, caring and compassionate! I've had the opportunity to have sessions with the physiotherapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist and massage therapist. The team all are focused on nor only getting you back to your old self but also on educating you as well. The receptionists are very friendly and try to really get to know their clients!
