“Nathan Bourassa was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and thorough. He explained my injury clearly, was reassuring about prognosis, and gave me some exercises to strengthen muscles and realign my knee. I would definitely recommend him!

“I've only just had my initial assessment with Nathan but I'm already incredibly confident that he will help me get my shoulder sorted. The office is bright and clean, the girls at the front desk were lovely and welcoming.
It's so clear that Nathan is very experienced and truly enjoys the work he does. He was friendly and personable upon meeting him, and throughout the assessment, he broke down every detail and explained his thought process the entire time, so I was well informed on the recommendations he offered. He is also very skilled at 'meeting people where they are' in his explanations so it doesn't matter if you have never been to physio before, have done it a couple times, or are a seasoned pro at it, you're going to leave feeling confident that you are in good hands.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been working with Nathan Bourassa for a while now and can’t recommend him enough. I originally came in dealing with knee pain while training for a half marathon, and he quickly identified the issue and built a clear, practical plan to address it.
Since then, he’s also helped me work through a few other injuries along the way, which has been huge. What stands out is how tailored everything is—he adjusts the plan based on how I’m progressing and what I’m dealing with at the time.
He also takes the time to explain the “why” behind the exercises, which makes it easier to stay consistent and confident in the process.
I’ve seen a big improvement in both pain and performance since working with him. He does a great job of balancing rehab with keeping you active and moving forward.
Highly recommend Nathan if you’re dealing with an injury or just want to move and perform better.”Read moreShow less

“I had a great session with Dr Garett Duff, he paid lots of attention and asked many questions to pinpoint the exact issue before starting the treatment. He made me feel comfortable and expressed a large degree of knowledge and skill when the treatment portion came and I felt relief immediately after the session. I Highly recommend him”Read moreShow less

“Kirstin was very knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful. I have been to several physiotherapists over the years and I would rate her as the best I've experienced. Provided me with a detailed plan to follow and made sure I left feeling comfortable with the plan. I would highly recommend her.”Read moreShow less

“Hi Clay,
I just wanted to share with you what Jack told me about the ballistics program. This has, hands down, been his favourite training. He was really nervous going in the 18U group but has been so welcomed! He has learned so much more about how to move his body functionally and got in the car last Thursday evening and said “mom, I feel like I’m understanding way more, I actually remember all of the stuff they are telling me and it makes so much sense to me, it’s helping my hitting too cause I’ve really been learning how to keep my head still when pitching and I’m applying that to hitting”
He loves the hyping and is so pumped every time he finishes a session!
Can’t wait until you open your facility in Courtenay. Until then, we have found it well worth the drive!”Read moreShow less

“Had a great physiotherapy appointment with Mike Armet at Prime. He did a thorough assessment and was a very kind and caring practitioner. He educated me on the anatomy of my issue & provided me with very practical solutions giving me the tools to succeed in my rehab independently. He is everything you want in a fantastic physio!”Read moreShow less

“I did 2 running VO2MAX tests here. It was a fun experience. Both Jon and Clay were highly professional. They explained everything really well. The atmosphere was very supportive; they just want you to reach your full potential, at whatever level that might be. It was informative as the test actually gives you much more information than just VO2MAX.”Read moreShow less
