“I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I have received during my sessions with Risa. From our first session she created a space where I felt genuinely seen, understood, and nurtured. Her compassion and empathy made it easier to navigate difficult emotions and challenges with clarity and ease. She encouraged growth while helping me reflect on my experiences with honesty and self-compassion. Together we arrived at meaningful insights which helped me see situations from new perspectives.
