“Lindsay is very attentive, knowledgable and very kind. She relates to the athletic bodies and injuries as she herself is very active. She listens and gives realistic exercises and advice. It didn’t feel like a chore to go to physio but rather a fun to do! I also love her ability to incorporate Pilates movements to not only help with injuries but strengthen other areas that require to prevent future injuries ! I highly recommend her !!”
