“I have lower back issues. Simon asked me pointed questions and figured out what an additional problem was. It was a pinched nerve on my thigh. With his explanation, I understood it was caused by the way that I sat while watching TV. My legs were tucked up to the side. It compressed the nerve and felt excruciating.
