The technicians, including Marcella, Rodriguez, and Juan, are highly skilled and attentive in assisting patients experiencing severe pain. After my accident, I was suffering from significant pain; however, through the care and treatment I received at Physiomed, my condition has greatly improved. “I visited Physiomed for my first appointment after being referred by my lawyer, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable, and there was absolutely no sense of customer service — no greeting, no smile, nothing. What concerned me more was that I also witnessed her speaking to one of her coworkers in a very disrespectful manner. It gave a really unprofessional impression of the clinic environment. I was hoping for a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, especially given the circumstances of my visit after a car accident, but this experience was far from that. I genuinely hope the management addresses this, as first impressions matter and patients deserve better.”

“I have been coming to this place for almost a year now after my accident. This place has been getting worse day by day, I hate to do this on here because the staff there is super friendly and amazing but the condition of the clinic is unbearable anymore. The carpet is disgustingly filthy, their bed/tables are from the 90s cracked and barely any foam left. To a point even laying and sitting on it is super uncomfortable. Most of their equipment is outdated and rusted and ceiling has black mold on it. I have communicated these issues numerous times to the staff there and they have always tried to accommodate but I think it’s beyond their reach now. They charge quite a lot for the recovery process but how is someone supposed to recover in such a filthy condition?. On top of this they have no washroom for the clients or staff? I don’t even know if that is legal. I have seen a lot of their patients complain about the same issue for months and still nothing is being done from the owner. The only reason I keep going there is due to their staff - they have been very helpful with my recovery but I’m beyond that point and cannot spend another day in such a filth. You might physically get better but mentally you’ll be disgusted entering this place for a treatment. They lack proper equipment for recovery as well, the owner needs to understand this place is supposed to help clients with recovery and how do you expect a patients to recover in such an outdated and dirty clinic? Despite being outdated this clinic probably also has many health violations with all the mold and water damages. From a business perspective- if you’re not putting more money into the business eventually you will lose clients.”

“I started with PHYSIOMED clinic a few months ago, and I must say I am extremely pleased with the services rendered… it was indeed an upgrade from my previous clinic. The staff has always been professional and always reciprocated services with a smile - even though I know sometimes I am pretty late… I have to give special mention to Miss KAJAL…. She is exceptional and easy to communicate… everyone is but she receives the brunt of custome frustration. (A far cry from what I got in the pass)… so Thank you guys for a great job, well done.”
