“Keltie is an amazing, truly caring practitioner. I had been having some chronic foot pain and she was able to help me find some relief and answers within our first appointment. Highly recommend.”

“Keltie provides effective, accurate, individualized and comforting nerve re-education that makes real changes in the nerves and muscle tone. The areas free up, learn how to let go, and the result is usually permanent or nearly so. She does taping to hold the nerve in a soothed position which is so helpful for retraining the nerve not to be chronic or irritable, to act like her hands are 'on you' for a few days more, for a longer result. Her hands are skilled and obviously well trained. Keltie's exercise prescription is equally accurate, done with an excellent understanding of anatomy. I always very much look forward to my appointments with Keltie and her rare style of manual treatment.”Read moreShow less

“Keltie is truly an outstanding physiotherapist. Initially, I saw her for neck/shoulder pain which improved greatly with her approach. I was impressed with her one to one attentiveness as she applied her pain releasing techniques and whole body approach. Machines were not used at all. Keltie’s kind manner is always welcoming.”Read moreShow less

“At Physio Matters I received a very confrontable, personalized, and non-rushed service from Keltie. Within two sessions (for less than $200, because I don't have insurance) Keltie was able to locate and ease/stretch the nerve causing my knee pain. She also teaches me how to do these stretches myself, thus enabling me to do my own physio! I lived with this pain for about 15 years, thinking that nothing can be done. Well you never know until you try. Thank you Keltie!”Read moreShow less

“As a former physiotherapist I've seen a lot of approaches to physiotherapy assessment and treatment. Keltie is at the top of my list of therapists I feel confident to recommend.”

“Keltie is a wonderful physiotherapist - compassionate, encouraging and highly skilled. I came in with acute back pain and she helped relieve the pain with her amazing touch; as I recovered, she helped me to gain confidence in my body and encouraged me to start going to the gym. I feel like a different person now, strong and fit.”Read moreShow less

“Keltie is an outstanding physiotherapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and knows how to be professional while at the same time personable. Most of all, she listens to her clients and finds ways to adapt her practice to her clients' needs. She helped me heal physically, but also helped me overcome some spiritual barriers which were keeping me from caring for myself properly. She set me on a long-term path to better health and I will never be able to repay her for that.”Read moreShow less
