“Highly recommended physiotherapy clinic! Jem is very knowledgeable and hands-on. Unlike other clinics where you’re left alone with machines, Jem takes the time to personally work with you and provide proper treatment and care. Great experience overall.”

“Dr.Khan! Amazing! Love this doctor but the staff / admin team. I am extremely disappointed. I emailed requesting if they could refill my prescription for my long term meds…their response was “get your pharmacy to send us a request” so they did 3 times with no reply. Finally I called the office and there response was “oh I see it now. I only have a request for one medication” no urgently realizing how long they let it sit for. I called my pharmacy and they confirmed they indeed sent three requests for two medications and send a fourth today. I have so many issues with moving my arms and legs from the auto immune disease I have and going without my meds is unacceptable. There level of care is not well. I should not have to send so many requests / faxes to get the help I need.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Evan Sampson, Physiatrist, delivers a standard of care that stands at the very top of contemporary medical practice. His clinical approach is defined by precision, clarity, and an uncommon depth of attentiveness, creating an environment where patients feel both understood and expertly guided. Dr. Sampson demonstrates a command of musculoskeletal and neurological medicine that is immediately evident. His assessments are thorough, his diagnostic reasoning is transparent, and his explanations are delivered with a calm, articulate confidence that transforms complex information into clear, actionable understanding. He listens with intention, responds with accuracy, and ensures that no concern is dismissed or minimized. What distinguishes Dr. Sampson most is the human quality of his practice. He treats patients with dignity, patience, and genuine respect—qualities that are increasingly rare in modern healthcare. There is no sense of being rushed; instead, there is a steady, thoughtful presence that allows the patient to feel safe, heard, and valued. The clinic environment reflects his leadership. Staff conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, creating a seamless experience from arrival to departure. In every respect—clinical expertise, communication, compassion, and professional integrity—Dr. Evan Sampson exemplifies the highest ideals of the physiatry profession. I offer my strongest and most unreserved commendation for his exceptional standard of care.”Read moreShow less

“Prior to my first visit with Dr Oke, I read the negative reviews and was a little apprehensive. I need not have been - I have now had 3 appointments and found her thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable on each occasion. She communicates honestly and fairly bluntly when there is nothing she could do for a certain symptom or timeline, however I do not feel this stems from a lack of caring; more an honest and pragmatic attitude towards limitations within the Alberta Health system, or an issue appropriate for a different specialist. I feel like Dr Oke does whatever she can in her purview to help my treatment and quality of life, and she always makes sure I have time to ask questions and that I understand everything. She asks detailed questions and gives me the opportunity to ask about each symptom. I would encourage anybody with an upcoming first appointment who is apprehensive like I was to go in with optimism and an open mind. I feel fortunate to have been referred to Dr Oke for her management of my autoimmune condition and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.”Read moreShow less

“After my experience with this clinic for a year I feel I have an adequate understanding of their systems and the staff that work there. I see Dr. Kohli in the neurology department and he has been pretty good, however the rest of the staff has been relatively useless. I had a receptionist schedule an appointment with me and then she didn’t actually put it in the schedule. So when I showed up after driving 1.5 hours into the city there was no appointment for me. A separate time I’ve emailed the reception important documents to be added to my file and somehow the doctor has been unable to find them. Not sure what happened there. Most recently, I have had medication to be adjusted. It was first faxed to the wrong pharmacy, then somehow didn’t get sent again on the second day, and my medication was finally sent over on the 3rd day after I complained to a manager. However only one of the two medications I need were sent over. I had no medications for 3 days because the staff could not figure out how to do their jobs. The manager said she would call me back after the weekend on Monday but I still haven’t heard anything (end of day Wednesday). I see a neurologist. I need medications to make my brain functional. Ignorance and incompetence when it comes to my health is not something I joke about. Their phones are always ringing… maybe they would be less busy if they did their job right the first time.”Read moreShow less

“I had a wonderful experience at this clinic today. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of comfort and care. Nurse Dianne was absolutely exceptional. She helped ease my tension almost immediately with her kindness, compassion, and warm conversation. I truly appreciate her. Dr. Kohli is also excellent at what he does. He was very kind, professional, and compassionate to me too. This entire team made my day truly pleasant. It has been a long time since I felt so relaxed in a hospital setting. I left today feeling more than just relieved—I left feeling genuinely happy and encouraged. Thank you all for the amazing care and for everything you do.”Read moreShow less
