“When I submitted my claim to my insurance company, I couldn't find the physiotherapist's name on their provider list. My insurance company also told me that the initial assessment fee of $175 is higher than the Ontario reasonable physiotherapist fee of $155. The follow-up visits are $140, which is also higher than the Ontario reasonable fee of $115. Because of this, I definitely won't be coming back for my second appointment.”Read moreShow less

“Jeff took the time to clearly explain my concerns about the rotator cuff and shoulder dislocation, and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand.
