I've seen Stephanie through multiple injuries, and what consistently stands out is how deeply she listens—not just to the symptoms, but to my goals as a moving artist. Returning to my practice has always been central, and she's never lost sight of that. She's helped me build a stronger, more informed connection to my body, and it's been life-changing! I've seen quite a few different practitioners over the years, and Stephanie is the only one I continue to recommend to my fellow movement artists.

Among all the physios & trainers I saw, Stephanie stands out in her empathy, precision, and clear communication. I have been seeing her for just around half a year for a long-standing back/hip issue. Within just a couple months I felt both physically and mentally confident enough to return to my main sport, after a year of not being able to. Steph's background in elite-level performance (dance / circus / climbing) really shows. She takes the time to fully understand my movement / injury history and my performance goals, and builds a recovery & strengthening plan of tailored exercises that evolves over time. She makes sure I understand how to each one safely, why she chose them, and how it fits into the overall plan. This level of detail and care is incredibly rare. I feel she is truly "on my team" and equipping me with the tools and mindset to achieve not just recovery but life-long resilience. Highly recommend!

Stephanie empowered me to return to my regular training as a dancer, aerialist, and acrobat. She was the ONLY practitioner to heal an old shoulder injury from a 10 year old car accident. She is intuitive with an incredible amount of knowledge. I have recommended her to many people in my network and can assure that if you see her, she will work magic on you!

I only have great things to say about Stephanie! I had a hip issue that had been bothering me for years and after a few sessions, I noticed a huge improvement. Stephanie took the time to listen, assess the problem thoroughly and explain clearly so I understood what was going on. The treatment and personalized exercises made a world of difference! Stephanie cares about her clients and is passionate about helping people to get back to doing what they love. Exceptional care, professional and most of all results.I would highly recommend Stephanie!

As someone who's struggled with widespread hypermobility for decades, it's hard to find a therapist who understands how to support all my joints. My first visit with Stephanie was wonderful, she helped me understand my body and my joints on a much deeper level. She took the time to listen to my experience and explain why my shoulders specifically, were having trouble. She walked me through a few exercises to help with stabilizing my shoulder and even filmed me doing them with my phone so I could reference them later. She was able to find exercises that actually felt comfortable to do and fit into my lifestyle and my activity goals. It's sometimes overwhelming for me to keep on top of stabilizing multiple joints, but the whole body approach that Stephanie uses means that we aren't just chasing after injuries, we're preventing them and strengthening my whole body mechanics at the same time. I'd definitely recommend friends or family to go see Stephanie! She's calm, caring, inquisitive, accommodating and creative with her problem solving, which is such an amazing combination for a therapist!
