“I’m really grateful I discovered Alex’s services. Alex has been so helpful and the atmosphere of his sessions are comfortable, professional, and sincere. I always leave feeling so much lighter and like my body is actually working how it should. I was looking for help initially for an intensely stiff neck/shoulder where I couldn’t move without any pain. His massage and acupuncture were able to majorly improve things within the first session. I’ve also dealt with some issues with my thumb joint for over a decade now. It would often click and cause pain and tightness. I’ve tried everything from acupuncture, chiro, physio, and massage with others but they never provided lasting relief past a couple weeks at most. I happened to bring it up once and Alex was able to help relieve the pain for months now after just one session where he put in a lot of focussed effort on my hand/arm. I am a tense and anxious person so I still go in every once in a while to make sure things don’t get as bad as before. Whenever I have an appointment set with Alex, it becomes the thing I’m looking forward to most in the week haha I’m honestly so grateful and have been bringing him up to friends, family, and coworkers. Genuinely, thank you so much for the work you do :)”

“I’ve been seeing Stuart for over a year now for a couple of different injuries, and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. His systematic approach, attention to detail, and wide range of treatment techniques consistently get results. He first helped me regain mobility after an elbow fracture that had left me with significant stiffness, and now he’s guiding me through my rehab following a tibia and fibula fracture. At every stage, he’s taken the time to explain the process, set realistic goals, and adapt my treatment as I’ve progressed. If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting you back to doing what you love, I can’t recommend Stuart highly enough.”
