“I went to performance care centre for a pediatric assessment for my baby who didn't have anything functionally wrong but I was told this had to be done for insurance coverage in order to join the chiro kid program. After the assessment, I was offered a spot in the level lower than where my baby was with his milestones at the time and they told me the next program we could join was 3 months from the time and this program would no longer have been relevant for him so I declined to be put on a waitlist for that. I find it unethical to ask someone to complete an assessment for a program admission, approve them to join the next program, and then offer them the program 3 months later when even the assessment is no longer relvant for a baby. I was offered no compensation for the chiro assessment that was now irrelevant as we were not prioritized for the program despite what we were told. There was obviously some miscommunication here by someone but I am disappointed and upset that I paid $120 for no reason. Also, for others wondering, you don't need this program to advance your child's mobility. I know kids that have done this program (all levels) and my baby is months ahead so babies will do what babies want to do and this program is no magic. Hope this review helps whomever that is waiting to get into this chiro kid program.”
