“I was sent here by my OB for a detailed growth ultrasound, and honestly I was really anxious going in. But the moment the scan started, the sonographer, Kianna made me feel so much calmer. She was really gentle and reassuring, and you can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. Doctor Robinson was also amazing. She explained everything so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood what we saw in the scan, which meant a lot. Also, the reception staff were very kind and welcoming.”Read moreShow less

“We’ve visited this clinic a couple of times now, and the service is consistently excellent. All the sonographers are top-notch, but Nicole is truly wonderful. She took great care of my wife during her scans and was so friendly. She took the time to answer all our questions and explained exactly what she was doing and what we were seeing on the screen. “This clinic exceeded my expectations. During my pregnancy not a single healthcare provider took into consideration my genetic condition and how it would affect my pregnancy. The first time that I mentioned at the clinic they already listened and took action accordingly. The team is knowledgeable and kind. I felt very comfortable and I am very happy with the clinic. “I have nothing but wonderful feedback about Milestones. Everyone we interacted with, starting with the receptionists, ultrasound technicians, and radiologists, was incredibly kind and compassionate at each of our appointments. They were also able to accommodate an urgent appointment when it was needed, which I truly appreciated, especially since every other place I contacted before that had wait times of 3-4 weeks. I will absolutely continue recommending Milestones to anyone in need of obstetric ultrasounds. “I just love this place. I didn’t know about this place before because I was going to other centres for my pregnancy ultrasound but not anymore. My gyno first introduced me to this place and she suggested me to visit Milestones just for once so I can get different experience here and can get all the knowledge right away during the scan that I deserve as a first time mom. When I first entered, I was mesmerized by the decoration and cleanliness. It was really beautiful and unique. Then the ladies at the front desk were so polite and friendly. They have some complimentary services as well that no one else have. We just moved from Calgary and honestly, even Calgary didn’t have this kind of place there. Then the moment, I went to the room for my ultrasound, I saw the big screen infront me that made me really happy. Usually, I feel sleepy when the ultrasound is long but here I really enjoyed my visit and I was really focusing on the screen. Masoma was the one who did my scan and she was excellent. She explained everything to me what she was doing the whole time I was there. Then the most shocking and unexpected thing happened that made my day was the 3D SCAN of my baby. When I saw the 3D picture of my baby, my mouth was wide open and couldn’t believe that this place was actually giving me the best surprise. I was not only able to see my baby but was able to connect emotionally with the 3D version. At the end, they even transferred all the pictures and videos electronically to my phone. Great use of technology. Again, hats off. I believe every mom deserves to have that experience and every place should give this experience to people. I wanted to say thanks to the owner of the place but she was not there that day. Hope she reads my review. I felt so blessed that I visited this place on my gyno’s referral. I would heartily encourage everyone to go visit this place without any doubt coz this place is amazing. They also give you the results of the ultrasound right away. Doctor Craig Burym discussed the results in the end which was also a great gesture to truly show how much they care about their customers and they are actually doing their job to the best they can. I would like to say to the owner that she should open more places Like this in the future because she has truly made the difference out there. I will always tell my family, friends to go only at this place. Even me, I will always come here now even if I want just a routine ultrasound not related to my pregnancy. “It was my husband and I’s first ultrasound at this clinic. It was nice how the reception greeted us “welcome” and they gave us information about ultrasounds while we wait to be called. “5 stars. This clinic is phenomenal! I cannot say enough good things about this place, especially after having so many mediocre experiences at other clinics. Adelle was my ultrasound tech and she was just amazing, she was quick and explained everything we were seeing to us to keep us engaged throughout the scan. When I mentioned concerns and complications I’ve had in previous pregnancies and miscarriages, she took her time to do some extra scans so the doctor would have all the information they might need, just in case. We got to meet with Dr. Burym after the scan and he went through my whole medical history and was the first person to review lab work from my miscarriage over 6 months ago. He explained everything to me very well so I could understand what the medical terms meant, what is going on inside my body, and the extra precautions to take this time around. Also, his printing is actually legible- which is just a bonus lol We got to download some ultrasound pictures directly to our phones, left with all of the follow-ups we will need for the next few months, and have a re-assuring game plan for this pregnancy. Everyone I met with was amazing from the front desk, to the staff in the hall helping me find a bathroom that was open, to the technicians and doctors. Also, the clinic is beautiful. “What a lovely experience at milestones.. we actually live across the city so I had been to many other clinics for ultrasounds during my pregnancy but was able to get an appointment quickly at milestones so we came here for my post dates appointment. The clinic is beautiful, so welcoming, clean and bright, and most importantly the people are so kind and happy. They got us in right away and our ultrasound Tech Kiana was an absolute pleasure.
