1) You can cancel/reschedule the appointment yourself using our convenient online booking app as long as there is 24 hours before the scheduled time.
We can not accept cancellation requests via email, voicemail, texts or other forms of messaging as we can not ensure other patients will have timely access to the desired appointment time. If you fail to give the clinic sufficient notice via the methods described above, you must be prepared to incur a charge for full value of the missed appointment at your own expense. “I had four sessions with Dr. Aaron Wallace for back, neck, and arm pain, and I was genuinely impressed with the results. With each session, I noticed increased movement and mobility in my arms, which made a real difference in how my body felt day to day. “This clinic is truly exceptional. I’ve been seeing Dr. Chan for a long time, and he has helped me every single time with a very high level of professionalism. He no longer accepts new patients, so I feel very fortunate to be under his care. His team is also excellent — everyone is skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It can be hard to get an appointment because they’re in high demand, but it’s absolutely worth it.
