Access care wherever you are with virtual appointments . We offer both virtual assessments and follow ups. Virtual appointments are an effective alternative to in-person sessions, and are a convenient option for assessments, treatments (including education and exercise), and progressing rehab plans. If an in-person appointment is ever required, we’ll be sure to schedule one. If you’re unsure if a virtual appointment is right for you, just ask us.

“I highly recommend Dr. Alireza Manavipour at Pacific Wellness and Sport. I had been struggling with persistent shoulder pain for months, and despite seeing another chiropractor and an RMT, I wasn't getting any lasting relief. Remarkably, Ali had already formed a highly accurate assessment of my issue just by reading my intake form. Once in the office, he confirmed his theory with a few simple exercises. It turns out I didn't have a shoulder problem at all, it was a nerve issue originating in my neck. He provided me with straightforward exercises to do at home, and the months long pain disappeared in just a few days. Ali is fantastic at explaining the "why" behind the treatment and was incredibly patient with all my questions. To top it off, he performed a great old-school chiropractic adjustment, which felt especially effective on my neck. “A year ago (after decades of back issues) I had come to accept my “new normal” of ongoing back discomfort with occasional spasms/flare ups. Then I met Dr Ali. And thank goodness I did! Ali provided a clear plan of chiropractic care and home exercise. He listens to my rambling complaints, deftly boils them down to the root issue, and suggests how we can address it. All with his trademark humour and kindness . I admit I didn’t buy into Ali’s optimism right away but now, when I stop to think about how good I feel and how much I can move, I am simply amazed.
